us! Job Description: This job is responsible for managing the
coordination and delivery of diverse administrative functions for a
department or line of business. Key responsibilities include acting
as a central point of contact for senior leadership routines and
activities, financial control/budgeting and consolidation,
personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, associate
training, service quality, process improvements, business
continuity, and communications. Job expectations include
interacting with a wide variety of business partners to deliver
strategic work efforts to ensure tactical priorities are met.
Position Summary: Business Management support role in support of
the AML Tech and International Tech hierarchies commands deep
expertise in complex funding and forecasting processes. Key
responsibilities include providing financial guidance to Program
and Project Managers on forecasting, portfolio balancing, and
staffing requirements. Additionally, the role involves analyzing
resource run rates, historical trends, and non-personnel expenses
to accurately determine funding needs based on project scope and
spending capacity. Responsibilities: Leads communication,
coordination and connectivity across the leadership team Partners
with peers and control partners to ensure strong engagement and
adherence to risk management and operational risk policies and
processes Drives the successful execution of team events and
routines, including logistics, communications and gathering
feedback Develops comprehensive plans around key organizational
priorities and ensures all accountable parties understand
respective roles/responsibilities Partners with reporting and
analytics team to ensure accurate reporting while seeking
opportunities to reduce manual processes Assists senior executive
and team with a full range of engagements, including process
improvement and project initiatives Provides oversight of key
deliverables and validates accurate and timely completion
Responsible for managing the ITGPST initiative and base funding
allocations. Acting as a liaison between technology teams and
business support managers to assist with technology funding related
gaps, challenges and changes. Developing tools and tracking
mechanisms to ensure all financial decisions and changes are
clearly documented and communicated on a timely basis Resource and
Direct Expense forecasting Ensuring programs and projects are
forecasted as expected from a spend perspective Required
Qualifications: 5-7 years previous technology strategic planning or
project management experience Excellent oral and written
communication skills Ability to succinctly convey information to
executive leaders and stakeholders Exhibit strong financial accumen
understanding P&L statements Extensive financial analytical
skills, delivering outcome in summarized executive level
presentation Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a
diverse set of stakeholders, quickly identify their needs and
develop plans to support them. Ability to anticipate the next step
in the process and develop proactive plans / tools to address Must
be a creative thinker, results-oriented individual who enjoys
working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple (potentially competing) tasks and to
work effectively across teams Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
