Marketing Automation Manager

Job Description:

The CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining best practice processes in email marketing, lead generation/nurturing/conversions, marketing automation, and CRM development/management. Successful candidates will have deep marketing technology knowledge and proven success developing digital marketing solutions/campaigns that increase the effectiveness of marketing communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the champion of the organization's marketing automation (Act-On) and CRM (NetSuite) platforms
Execute CRM strategy, lead acquisition campaigns, and email marketing efforts
Design and code responsive emails using industry best practices
Deploy web capture forms and integrate marketing automation tracking on company web site
Manage customer list building, list maintenance, audience segmentation and ensure data quality
Implement lead scoring and manage lead conversions through to Sale handoff
Create digital dashboards and performance reports
Analyze customer behavior to advise on new opportunities to acquire new, retain and re-active lapsed customers
Analyze campaign results, buying & browsing behavior to pivot strategy and increase performance
Serve as a subject matter expert on our systems and data flows and seek out industry best practices and proactively incorporate relevant ideas

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (Act-On is our current platform)
Extensive experience with CRM systems (NetSuite CRM is our current platform)
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Word Press web sites
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation management
1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing environment

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Proven success developing marketing solutions involving integrations between marketing automation, CRM, websites, and/or other digital marketing tools
Ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to business leaders.
Ability to manage steady workload, and adhere to deadlines
Demonstration of strong leadership and collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills
Detail oriented and able to multitask

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Approximately 5%
