Description: ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Digital Marketing Manager is
responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing
strategies, managing campaigns across various channels, data
tracking and result measurement, optimizing performance, and budget
oversight, working in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
Additionally, this position works with both internal and external
partners to produce campaigns that promote products, services,
and/or brand awareness across online platforms. The role requires a
combination of creativity, analytical skills, and technical
expertise.
NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK
- Create and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns
with overall marketing and business objectives. This involves
working with others on the team to identify target audiences,
determine key performance indicators (KPIs), selecting appropriate
digital channels and tactics.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels,
including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization
(SEO), social media retargeting, display networks, broadcast TV and
email distribution.
- Utilize various analytical tools to track and measure the
performance of marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports that
provide insights on key metrics. Use the data to generate reports
that provide actionable insights for improvement and content for
internal feedback (monthly Buzz).
- Work with cross-functional teams including designers, content
writers, internal stakeholders, social media managers and external
partners to ensure timely execution of digital marketing
initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal web developers and content producers
to ensure Civic's website is optimized for search engines and
aligns with overall digital marketing strategy. Monitor website
performance, analyze website traffic data and user
behavior/performance metrics, and implement improvements or A/B
testing.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively,
ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Keep up to date on current digital marketing trends, best
practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously learn and
explore new opportunities to improve digital marketing strategies
and techniques.
- Proactively advise internal clients on identifying new and
upcoming marketing opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and
digital media consultants.JOB QUALIFICATIONS Here are a few
qualifications you MUST have to be qualified for this
position.
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum 7 to 9 years working in digital marketing or in a
similar role, with 1-3 in management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a highly collaborative
marketing environment.
- PC proficient including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and the Internet.
- Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment
and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to:
PC, copier, telephone, etc.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, computer
printer).
- Travel required on occasion.Here are a few qualifications we'd

- Working experience utilizing various marketing channels,
including (but not limited to): email marketing, in-app
advertising, SMS, social media, Display, etc.
- MBA or certification in Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience working with Media agencies and campaign
budgets.
- Experience working with Google's suite of marketing products,
managing a CRM or MCIF system, and/or marketing project management
