Your ImpactThe Assistant Marketing Manager of Brand advertising
will work with Brand Advertising leadership to assist in
understanding our marketing strategies and creating them into
ownable creative campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional
teams in Brand Marketing, Media, Multicultural and External
Creative Agency to drives the overall creative success for Lowes.
The position will report to the Manager or Sr Manager of Brand
Advertising and will serve as a subject matter expert of our
production process and brand Style Guide. Largely, the assistant
marketing manager will need to help ensure our creative programs
stay on time, on budget and on brand by being the owner of the
production timeline, product needs and providing creative guidance
to our partners.What You Will DoPartners within a small pod in an
agile type setting to execute programs across the marketing
calendar driving alignment with key stakeholders and delivering on
highly effective marketing strategies, tactics and action plans
that meet critical KPIs. Should also be able to function
independently in this capacity should the brand advertising manager
need support.Partners with the brand advertising manager to have
complete understanding of the Integrated Communications Brief, the
goals the creative needs to achieve and to lead the creative teams
to develop successful workLead point of contact for timelines and
providing solutions for how we can address timing concernsWorks
with and supports the brand advertising manager to provide
actionable and supportive feedback to our creative team that is
grounded in ensuring we are aligned to the strategy and always
pushing the creative boundaries to stay ahead of the
competitionWorks closely with cross functional teams like .com,
brand marketing, media, social/influencer, partnerships, and others
to execute a 360 omni-channel experienceSupport the Brand
Engagement team in ensuring that all work aligns to our Brand Tone
and Style GuideConsistently stay connected and up to date on
creative and advertising trends as well as our competitive setWorks
closely with marketing operations on program timelines, review
meetings and drive overall success of each program Works closely
with external creative agency to build solid working relationship,
drive our timelines, partner on feedback, and support the creative
team when questions or concerns ariseBe a problem solverMinimum
QualificationsBachelor's Degree Business Administration,
Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field and 3-5 Years Overall
marketing experience1-2 Years Strong business acumen and experience
running a P&L and/or working alongside P&L owners1-2 Years
Leadership experience1-2 Years Experience writing strategic briefs
and working cross-functionally and leading brand marketing or
integrated teams1-2 Years Experience leading brand or category work
at a retailer or CPG companyPreferred:1 Year Creative Agency
