Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities: Develop and manage presentations related to training materials for compliance and governance teams
Develop compelling narratives for project descriptions, and content to create visual stories
Responsible for assisting in simplifying writing materials that avoid grammatical and stylistic errors
Collaborate with technical staff, including external teaming partners
Maintain digital assessment management system, marketing file structure, and other company information
Assist with D-F's tradeshow booth at conferences
Create engaging social media posts
Support the marketing team with additional requests
Accomplish tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and team environment


Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing, Media, Digital Communications, English, or Journalism
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role; Internship experience applies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign), and MS PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with concurrent deadlines
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the firm
