Superintendent Location: Raleigh, NC We’re looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects in the Raleigh area. This role is key to managing site crews, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish. Responsibilities: Manage daily jobsite activities and subcontractor performance Maintain project schedule and coordinate trades Ensure jobsite safety and quality control Conduct inspections, meetings, and reporting Collaborate with project managers and field staff Requirements: 5 years of superintendent experience in ground up hospitality/ hotel construction projects Strong knowledge of ground-up building methods and safety standards Ability to read and interpret plans and schedules Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills Please connect with Jalen Thompson for a confidential conversation at (605) 705-3304 .
