Job Description:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Training: Must be available to
train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Monday through Friday Pay
Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour Weekly pay Important Requirement:
You must have a valid driver's license (not just a state-issued ID)
to be eligible for this position. This is a strict requirement due
to site access and safety compliance. Job Overview: This is a
hands-on, outdoor-focused position supporting the preparation and
distribution of materials used in construction and event safety. As
a Yard & Material Handling Associate, you will work in a fast-paced
yard environment, supporting daily shipping, loading, and inventory
operations. Key Responsibilities: Fill and prepare materials (such
as bases or barriers) with sand Assist with directing inbound and
outbound trucks for pickup and drop-off Operate propane-powered
forklifts to move and stage heavy materials Safely load and unload
product from trailers and storage areas Support general yard
cleanup and organization Work outdoors in various weather
conditions throughout the year Qualifications: Valid driver's
license is required 1–2 years of experience in general labor,
warehouse, or yard operations preferred Forklift experience
strongly preferred, especially propane-powered models Comfortable
working in both indoor and outdoor environments Able to lift up to
50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift Steel-toe boots
