Our client, an industry leader in construction and safety management, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the safety and operations department supporting onsite construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety compliance, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Safety Manager Location: Boydton, VA Pay Range: What's the Job? Monitor and enforce safety requirements onsite to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate safety protocols with construction teams to promote a safe working environment. Review safety procedures and conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Develop and implement safety training programs for staff and subcontractors. Document safety incidents and prepare reports to track safety performance and improvements. What's Needed? Proven experience in construction safety management, with a minimum of 5-7 years in the field. Strong knowledge of safety compliance and construction safety regulations. Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on a demanding onsite environment.
