Vision insurance Assist in installing HVAC systems to the required
standards and timelines. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as
replacing filters and cleaning systems. Assist in diagnosing and
fixing any issues found in HVAC systems including failures and
inefficiencies. Help in carrying out routine inspections of
equipment and fixtures. Ensure all tools and equipment are kept
clean and in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols
and standards. Support senior HVAC Technicians in their tasks and
learn from their expertise. Help with the preparation of job sites
before and after installation or repair tasks. Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Helper or similar role. Basic
knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance. Ability to follow
instructions and work in a team. Good physical condition and
strength with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in
confined spaces. Ability to understand technical instructions and
diagrams. High School Diploma or equivalent. A valid drivers
license is preferred.
