Job Description:
Job Description Your role As an assembler, your mission is to
perform assembly of products by following the process to ensure
Safety, Quality, and Takt time. Safety /n - Follow all applicable
safety rules and regulations of the organization. /n - Report risk
observations, near misses, and incidents on time. /n - Use all
necessary PPE required for the assigned job. /n - Contribute
suggestions for improving overall safety. /n /n Quality /n -
Perform all tasks with a "First Time Right" mindset. /n - Use work
instructions to perform mechanical and/or electrical assemblies for
products like compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment.
/n - Follow all quality checkpoints before sending the machine to
the next stage. /n - Ask for help when needed from the Line Lead or
Supervisor. /n - Use only the correct tools identified for the job.
/n - Support 5S initiatives to keep the workplace neat, clean, and
safe. /n - Maintain discipline on the line (breaks, rules, rework,
etc.). /n /n Delivery /n - Complete tasks within the specified
time. /n - Respect shop order takt time (efficiency, on-time
delivery). /n - Support rework and repair when needed. /n /n Cost
/n - Ensure First Time Right to eliminate rework or scrap. /n -
Respect and improve standard assembly time via Kaizen cards. /n To
succeed, you will need /n - Promote safety behavior. /n - Show a
proactive attitude, supporting the principle "There is always a
better way." /n - Be action- and achievement-oriented. /n - Respect
and contribute to SHE procedures (Safety, Health, Environment). /n

technical field or relevant experience. /n - 0-1 year of experience
(minimum). /n - Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical
assembly. /n - Knowledge of assembly/testing of air compressors,
generators, pumps, or medical equipment is a plus. /n - Experience
with pneumatic/DC tools and alignment/assembly equipment. /n -
Basic computer operation skills. /n - Fluent in English. /n In
