Job Description:
Roers Companies, a leader in multifamily residential projects,
seeks a Construction Assistant Project Manager to help oversee new
development initiatives. This role is essential in supporting the
project manager with all aspects of the construction processes,
ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects while
upholding our core values of sustainability and quality. The ideal
candidate will bring a strong foundational understanding of
construction management coupled with a passion for creating
exceptional living environments. Assist with the planning and
coordination of multifamily residential construction projects. Help
to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to
quality standards. Support the Project Manager in supervising
on-site personnel and subcontractors. Facilitate communication
between various project stakeholders including clients,
consultants, and internal team members. Monitor compliance with
building and safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of
project documentation, such as status reports, progress updates,
and change orders. Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure
logistics align with project timelines. Attend project meetings and
provide detailed notes and actions required moving forward. Strong
foundation in construction management principles. Proficient with
construction software such as ProCore, AutoCAD, or similar.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance
