full-time Customer Service Representative who’s proactive,
empathetic, and passionate about helping others. In this role,
you’ll build lasting relationships, ensure customers get the most
from their AT&T services, and play a key part in driving
satisfaction and long-term value. As a Customer Service
Representative at Kaizen Solutions, you’ll go beyond basic support,
building lasting relationships with AT&T customers acquired
through our D2D campaigns. With in-depth training on AT&T’s
offerings and customer success strategies, you’ll proactively
engage clients, anticipate their needs, and help them get the most
from their services. Your role is key to driving satisfaction,
loyalty, and meaningful connections across the Charlotte
community.
