Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to support K-12
students in a dynamic educational setting in Vinton, VA. This role
offers the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads across
elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing essential
speech and language services that foster student communication and
academic success. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized
speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades. -
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to
develop and implement effective treatment plans. - Conduct
assessments, document progress, and maintain compliance with
educational and clinical standards. - Participate in team meetings
and contribute to the development of communication strategies
within the school environment. Qualifications: - Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility. - Completion of Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. - Experience working as an SLP in
school settings. - Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology
principles and practices applicable to educational settings. -
Ability to manage multiple caseloads with professionalism and
effective time management. Location: Vinton, VA Employment Type:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Duration: Full School Year (NSY)
Caseload: K-12 students with multiple openings available for SLPs
