Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
district located in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking skilled
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential support to
students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract
position offers various openings, including opportunities for
Extended School Year (ESY) services. Working in an elementary
school setting with grades K-5, successful candidates will have the
chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication
development. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate, diagnose, and
provide therapy for students with speech, language, and
communication disorders. - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans focusing on the unique needs of each student. -
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational
professionals to support student progress. - Document and maintain
accurate records of student evaluations, goals, and treatment
updates. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating
inclusive educational environments. Desired Qualifications: -
Degree and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. -
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in elementary
school (grades K-5). - Strong understanding of speech and language
development in children. - Ability to adapt therapy techniques to
diverse student needs. - Excellent communication and teamwork
skills. Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina Position Type:
Contract Compensation: Hourly rates range from $36.52 to $50.62,
