As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless educational experience for students during teacher absences. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by classroom teachers. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles. Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student success. Follow all school policies and procedures, including safety and attendance reporting. Serve at all campuses as assigned based on scheduling needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (required). Valid teaching certification or license (preferred). Two to three years of recent experience working with children in a K–12 educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in elementary, middle, and high school environments. Available to work two to three days each week across all campuses .
