Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Raeford, NC,
serving schools within the Cumberland County district. This
contract role runs from August 13, 2025, through May 27, 2027,
offering a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours
per week. The role involves working onsite exclusively, supporting
a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high school
levels based on the service delivery model. Key Qualifications:
Active North Carolina licensure in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
is required. Candidates holding out-of-state licenses will be
considered if they can obtain NC licensure by June or July.
Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical
Competence) is preferred. Experience working in school settings is
essential, particularly with varied age groups. Willingness to work
onsite full-time; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
Open to travel candidates who can commit to onsite presence.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing
treatment to students with speech and language challenges within
the school environment. The SLP will collaborate closely with
educators, families, and other professionals to develop and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs). This position
supports professionals seeking meaningful work in educational
settings, focusing on improving communication skills for
school-aged children. Onsite presence enables direct engagement and
