Position Summary The Department of Chemistry at the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for a
tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in biological
chemistry, broadly defined. We seek candidates who will establish a
vigorous independent research program and excel in teaching at both
the graduate and undergraduate levels. Applicants will also be
expected to be involved in curriculum and course development, serve
on committees, and engage in appropriate departmental activities.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience Candidates
with both postdoctoral experience and demonstrated experience with
innovative and evidence-based teaching methods will be considered
most competitive.
