Highlights: Starting Pay: from $19.23/hour The Qualified
Professional, MORES will serve children, adolescents or
transition-age youth. They must be qualified as a QP/QMHP with
Youth and hold one of the following minimum qualifications : 1.
Bachelor degree in a non-Human Services field from an accredited
university and four years of full time experience working with the
target population; 2. Associate or Bachelor degree in a Human
Services field from an accredited university and two years of full
time experience working with the target population; 3. Master
degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university and
one year of full time experience working with the target population
This Opportunity: The primary responsibilities of the Qualified
Professional includes providing clinically based guidance to both
staff and the individuals they support, including clerical,
clinical and organizational tasks all while conveying a positive
image of the organization. What You'll Do: Provide initial
assessment, evaluate effectiveness of assessment and referral made
by person receiving services, participate in team meetings/case
reviews with providers and natural supports as needed. Identify
opportunities for community connections and development/enhancement
of natural support networks for people served. Work with staff to
educate people served on these referral options and access
opportunities. Use a range of communication skills and strategies
to establish a mutual relationship with the individual, staff,
co-workers, supervisors, other stakeholders and people who are
important to the individuals receiving services. Ensure referral
recommendations for services are and supports that are in alignment
with the assessment. Prepare and submit required or requested
reports, documents, assessments, evaluations and paperwork. Review
and sign off on clinical documentation as required. Designated to
release confidential information within assigned department(s).
Identify methods whereby services can be provided utilizing
existing community resources whenever possible. Attend and actively
participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain
certification in all agency, state and federal training
requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
including preventative and crisis services. Demonstrate knowledge
of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as
state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific
program areas. Follow service definition guidelines for services
being provided. Complete all other relevant responsibilities as
assigned by the supervisor. Driving and travel may be required. ?
Education We're Looking For: Minimum of an Associate Degree
(Bachelor or Master preferred - dependent upon experience)
(Required) Certifications We're Looking For: QMHP - Monarch-DSM
Experience We're Looking For: Experience in mental health,
behavioral health, substance use crisis response | 1-4 Years
(dependent on education) | Required&xa;Experience working with
children, adolescents or transition-age youth | 1 Year | Required
Schedule: 40 hours/week; Hours are not fixed and subject to change
to meet service needs and maintain coverage during the mornings,
afternoons, or evenings. On-Call Rotation: • Weekdays: 5:00 PM to
11:00 PM • Weekends: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Target Weekly Hours: 40
