Job Description Job Description HVAC Service Technician Location: Rock Hill, SC Reports to: Service Manager We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability Troubleshoot system issues and complete repairs accurately Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance Recommend system repairs or replacements when appropriate Communicate clearly with customers and document work using dispatching software Requirements Minimum 1 year HVAC service experience (service-focused, not maintenance-only) EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) Valid drivers license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently Comfortable working directly with residential customers Must have own tools Compensation & Benefits $23-$30/hour, based on experience 10% commission on service tickets 2% commission on equipment sales Health, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Additional insurance options available
