Job Description Job Description Project Manager A leading mechanical contractor in New Hampshire is hiring a Mechanical Project Manager with 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from planning through closeout Develop schedules, budgets, and manpower plans Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project costs, change orders, and progress reports Ensure safety compliance and high-quality installation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications: 5 years of mechanical project management experience Experience with HVAC, piping, and/or plumbing systems Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with construction management software Benefits Compensation $100,000- $140,000 Company Paid Health Insurance PTO Bonus Retirement Plan - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
