Set-Up Operator – 1st Shift – Lenoir, NC Pay: $15–$16/hour (DOE) Location: Lenoir, NC Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift | Overtime as needed Job Summary We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Set-Up Operator for a manufacturing facility in Lenoir, NC. This position is responsible for setting up and preparing machinery and equipment for daily production runs while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. Responsibilities Set up machinery and equipment for production according to specifications Adjust settings and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards Troubleshoot minor operational issues Maintain accurate production records Follow safety procedures and company policies Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine setup experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to read work orders and production specifications Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay: $15–$16/hour DOE Full-time, steady 1st shift schedule Opportunity for growth Team-oriented work environment If you have mechanical skills and are ready to join a growing manufacturing team, apply today!
