Infosys is seeking a Java Cloud Architect - This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Experience in Java, and cloud technologies with a focus on AWS. Preferred Qualifications. At least 7 years of experience in application design, requirement elicitation from LOB and translating them into system specifications. Demonstrated ability to document processes and platform architecture into sustainable documents. Plan, develop, organize, build and test service and API integration services. Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts. Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation. Experience in cloud aware, exposure to data migration, security and compliance standards. Experience in payments data/object/service models. Experience in HSMs and security models. Knowledge of network integration with 3rd party networks including ACH, RTP and card networks. Effective communication skills. Strong use of visuals skills, ability to convene points with graphics and illustrations. Ability to simplify complex information. Experience in digital payment implementation. Experience in delivering innovative and newer trends in payments / financial networks. Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences. Ability to simplify complex information. Working in large organizations and understanding of the culture these large organizations bring.
