What you'll do on a typical day:

• Collaborate and build partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand the business and skill needs to develop creative and effective learning solutions
• Execute defined human capital strategy to support implementations for new key sites; design, implement and execute strategic plans integrating organizational development and learning initiatives
• Think and plan strategically; follow through and act on the tactical requirements
• Ensure key deliveries and metrics are relevant to the business and globally scalable
• Design, create and develop learning solutions such as interactive eLearning, virtual and instructor-led courses to meet organizational needs; analyze and select the most appropriate strategy, methodologies and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact
• Facilitate learning events and programs in support of the organization What you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or a related work or military experience
    • 2 years of combined experience in facilitation, content development, program design and adult learning theory
    • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or CRM toolsIt'd be great if you also have:
      • Project management or Learning Design and Technology certification
        • Sales, operations, call center and leadership experience
          • Expert in learning content development tools including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
          • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          • Fluency in Learning Management Systems
          • Availability to travel as needed
          • Ability to thrive in team environment in a fast-paced, constantly changing organization with the ability to efficiently prioritize workBe part of something big.
