  • Work closely with leadership to track, measure and report on the impact of high-priority initiatives
  • Manage quality of the sales data for meaningful reporting and analytics to be used by senior leadership
  • Act as project manager on high-priority initiatives; identify and implement opportunities for improved sales enablement
  • Guide and mentor business analysts of the Sales Operations, Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires and training of existing teams
  • Act as the liaison with Customer Relationship Management and Sales teams to ensure the system is a value-add tool
  • Be the representative of Global Sales Operations, ensuring processes and systems align with global standards while advocating for specific initiatives
  • Partner with other departments to maximize sales enablement and customer insight; BI, Marketing, Finance, Implementations, Solutions, etc. - -What you need to succeed at GXOAt a minimum, you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 5 years of experience in sales operations with significant exposure to sales management teamsIt'd be great if you also have:
      • 2 or more years of experience in analytics and corporate business intelligence
      • Experience in management and leadership, including conflict resolution
      • Solid analytical skills, including developing insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of the results
      • Effective project and time management skills, including multitasking and prioritizing workloads
