In this role, you will oversee the team that successfully manages our most important relationships. You will interact with top-level employees (CEOs, CMOs, CIOs) of our enterprise partners to manage and more importantly grow these accounts. You will further be involved in helping to onboard new partners and new hires, which are key drivers of Adwerx's growth.We are looking for dedicated employees who can be accommodating to the demanding needs of high-profile partners and customers. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing team who manages partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies, ensuring retention targets are met
  • Hiring, firing, and performance management
  • Building business cases for team growth, staffing, and resources
  • Coaching account managers on negotiation skills, positioning, leadership skills, etc.
  • Reporting and analysis on core metrics
  • Innovating on approach, account expansion, save strategies, and team structure
  • Collaborating with and supporting your peers, colleagues, and other teams
  • Helping account managers generate revenue through maximizing sales with existing accounts
  • Handling escalations and approvals for Account Managers
    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated leadership ability
    • 4+ years experience in account management/client services
    • 2+ years leadership experience
    • Bachelor's degree strongly desired
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Experience at a startup is desired
    • Ability to remain calm in pressured situations
    • Ability to generate spreadsheets and reporting
