Our real estate company is looking for someone to Help Our Sales Team acquire investment properties in and around High Point, N.C.

Responsibilities:
--- Talk to people and judge motivation to find warm leads for our acquisitions team
--- Quickly qualify leads by gauging motivation and collecting contact and property data
--- Effectively start the process of building rapport and trust with prospects over the phone. ( you will in most cases be the first point of contact from us so we have to make it count)
--- Maintaining consistent and complete records of customer information
--- Follow up with leads that didn't convert right away
--- Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team.
--- Track lead management activities and notes in our software database

Qualifications:
--- Available Monday-Friday's from 12:00-5:00 pm ( this may turn into more of a full-time position later)
--- At least 1 year of experience. (appt. the setting, inside sales, customer service, etc.)
--- Reliable transportation to get back and forth to work.
--- Ability to speak/translate Spanish as a second language is a major plus.
