Serves as an integral member of the Corporate Financial Planning &
Analysis team. Position works closely with executive leadership
across the company and reports to Sr. Director FP&A.
Contributes to the development and achievement of the organizations
- Primary contact within FP&A for the HR and Marketing
function working directly with the Respective functional leaders
and Sr. Director Finance for the budgeted spend management.
- Primary contact within FP&A for the other assigned shared
service functions, strategic planning, etc.
- Responsible for developing and tracking to the Corporate Value
- Responsible for the reporting and variance analysis of actuals,
quarterly full year forecasting and annual budgeting in comparison
to the Value Creation Plan.
- Assist with the process and continue to refine quarterly
forecasting and annual budgeting materials for executive leadership
team as well as Corporate FP&A.
- Responsible for presenting actuals, forecasts and budgets to
all levels of Senior Management, including the CFO.
- Serves as a manager and mentor to Corporate FP&A
- Additional activities include engaging on complex strategic
initiatives, partnerships, strategic planning, and other similar
- Supports and assists in due diligence for potential
acquisitions as needed.

- BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
or equivalent related education and experience; plus a moderate,
progressive financial experience, preferably within a CRO or
- Strong analytic, communication and computer skills needed
utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email,
- Proficiency with accounting software packages are necessary and
Oracle Finance experience preferred.
- SOX experience preferred and solid understanding of GAAP
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a
fast paced environment is essential.
- Presentation, documentation, leadership, and interpersonal
skills are needed with a team-oriented approach. Prior management
