In this position, you will report to the Global Head of Business Development, Kantar Marketplace and work collaboratively with the global community to support in driving revenue attainment and year over year growth of the Self-Serve business on Kantar Marketplace.Kantar is the world's leading data, insights, and consulting company. We are committed to helping our clients unlock powerful insights through our verified audiences, intuitive self-serve dashboards and expert consulting - in over 70 countries.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe Business Development role will be responsible for working with the global community and key business leads across Kantar to drive client penetration, sales and revenue of Kantar Marketplace Enterprise.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support in driving the sales focus of the Kantar Marketplace Enterprise through achievement of revenue targets.
  • Collaborative, commercially-focused lead, working closely with the key stakeholders throughout Kantar. These include the Global Client Leads, Kantar Marketplace Champions, Global Kantar Marketplace BD Team, client leads, etc.
  • Support on the development of a global Enterprise business development and sales strategy.
  • Proactively partner and strategically align with key stakeholders to drive adoption and penetration of Kantar Marketplace Enterprise solutions within their clients & prospects.
  • Respond with speed to inquiries from our key stakeholders on pitches or requests for proposal/information where Enterprise is at the heart.
  • Lead or co-lead pitches focusing on unique selling propositions with a keen eye toward competitors combined with our value-drivers
  • Work within a matrix structure to harness the capabilities of the team and support the crafting winning proposals for Enterprise solutions based on client need
  • Pitch the broader Kantar Marketplace vision internally and externally by articulating compelling value propositions around our offer.
  • Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Partner closely with the Kantar Marketplace Product Team to provide details to enable scoping and assessment of design of the opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and proactively align with key stakeholders to integrate volume selling as a key enabler to drive sales and overall penetration of Kantar Marketplace Enterprise within existing clients & prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date and expand knowledge of current capability and future feature releases and timeline.
  • Support the growth and shape of the Enterprise offer of the futureKEY OUTCOMES
    • Achievement of Kantar Marketplace annual revenue and profitability goals overall.
    • Achievement of revenue, profitability, client penetration and growth overall growth metrics specific to Enterprise.
    • Support and shape the growth and shape of the Enterprise offer of the future
    • Establishes strong relationships with key business leads across Kantar in driving sales of Kantar Marketplace Enterprise.ROLE REQUIREMENTS
      • Possess a commercial mind set / business orientation along with gravitas, and relationship-building skills needed to build rapport and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
      • Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships; influence and inspire others; strategic thinking; effective presentation skills and organizational agility.
      • Proficiency selling technology, market research solutions or marketing technology across various client verticals and within one or more of our domain areas of expertise.
      • A desire to win.
      • Capacity to collaborate effectively with dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal/solution
      • Proven ability to identify, build and secure strategic and profitable business relationships.
      • Ability to interface directly with clients with good presentation skills and ability to command a presence with clients and team members.
      • Ability to work at a fast pace, true self-starter mentality.
      • Strategic-thinker who systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs. Brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges.
