Job Description:

Client Services & Project Management Assistant Communicate with clients via email and phone Answer general questions regarding product Process purchase orders and quote requests via our ERP system Create deposit and balance invoices Submit purchase orders to vendors Read and understand shop drawings preferred Follow up with customers during order process Provide estimated lead times on orders in production Create Bills of Lading for product shipment Process claims and communicate outcomes to clients Process and ship fabric via Fed Ex Maintain finish sample inventory, ship finish samples via Fed Ex Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by manager Education and Experience Requirements Associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two to three years related experience in the furniture industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills Analytical Organizational Timely Communicative Prioritization.
