Job Description: The Role Do you want to make a difference and
be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed
to enabling Fidelity's Fund & Investment Operations (FFIO) and
Asset Management businesses through the creation of relevant and
valuable data assets for reuse and increase of data liquidity
across multiple domains and product areas within the FFIO business
unit? The Consolidated Data Services (CDS) team is looking for a
Senior Manager of Technology Management and Project Management, who
will be the primary contact for driving successful execution of
various programs across FFIO. These programs span across Product
Areas, Chapter Areas, Teams and Business Units. This position will
decide priorities within the program, mitigate dependencies and
ensure effective delivery of project goals, and align the project
narrative to the business outcomes being achieved The Expertise and
Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems,
Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience in software development and deep understanding of
the software life cycle stages
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
- Demonstrated expertise delivering complex technology solutions
and achieving results
- Eagerness to learn a new domain
- Expertise in leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing
people and teams
- Prior experience in Java, AWS, Oracle, preferred
- Understand effective software delivery approaches including
DevOps
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and
maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at
all levels of the organization
- Take a data-focused approach to decision making, in day-to-day
leadership and strategic tradeoffs
- Knowledge to design, develop and support stable and resilient
technology solutions
- Collaborate with impacted products and applications to document
project scope, key dates, outcomes and measures of those
outcomes
- Set and create a plan taking into account scope, budget,
skills, quality, resiliency, open communication and project
findings
- Present project plans, track the progress of a project with
team members, assessing and taking proper action to account for
risk and lead meetings between teams
- Strive for continuous improvement and empower team members to
do the same
- Continually update executive management on project status,
accomplishments, timelines and risks Note : Fidelity is not

is both a foundational and a strategic asset for Fidelity FFIO,
deploying capabilities across FFIO and Asset Management businesses
and core to our transformation to a data-driven digital company.
CDS enables Fidelity's goal of creating relevant and valuable data
assets for reuse and increasing data liquidity. We do this by
setting greater goals regarding data, aiming to enhance data
monetization outcomes by pervasively improving processes to do
things better, cheaper and faster, and wrapping products and
services with analytics features and experiences. FFIO provides
accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity
mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment
products. These services include calculating and distributing NAVs,
distribution rates and yields for a wide variety of investment
products, preparing fund financial statements, dividend estimates
and tax returns, monitoring delivery of fund trades to custodian
banks, processing corporate actions, collecting securities income
on behalf of the funds, reconciling, reporting and moving money in
support of fund shareholder transactions, and managing fund
