Job Description:
A company is looking for a SaaS Delivery Manager responsible for
effective delivery of SaaS Cloud Services to customers in the
Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of Cloud Services, ensuring adherence to
schedules, costs, quality, and SLAs
Lead multi-disciplined teams in Cloud Operation and Change
Management, while facilitating technical delivery meetings
Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with
security and audit requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience in infrastructure Production Support or Global Service
Delivery roles
Familiarity with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and
Change Management
Proficiency in using JIRA for capturing technical requirements and
project management
Knowledge of cloud services, preferably with AWS and/or Azure
certifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
