  Main Tasks:
  • Conduct assessments and devise treatment plans
  • Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, participate in meetings and conferences
  • Conduct discharge assessments, provide home and community safety recommendations and access referral resources
  • Communicate patient progress and needs to the care team and family members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careRequirements:
    
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license
    • Valid CPR Certification
    • Minimum of one year experience in Occupational Therapy
    • Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
    • Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to stand for extended periodsAdditional Physical Demands:

        USD $44.00 per Hour
