Job Description:
*Supervisor Testing Lab Charlotte NC *Under limited direction,
this position is responsible for coordinating the testing of
biological specimens and reviewing test results and quality
assessment data. This position is also responsible for providing
skilled technical oversight in the laboratory. Serves as a resource
to departments outside area of primary responsibility. Works with
other team members to ensure timely and quality test results.*Pay
Range: $65,457 to $72,003 annually (Prior relevant experience may
be considered)**Shift Differentials for 2nd (12%), 3rd (20%) and an
additional 8% for qualifying weekend hours worked**Shift 3:
Wednesday to Saturday 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM*Benefits
Medical/Dental/Vision 401 K matching contribution each payroll
period equal to 100% of the first 5% (immediately vested) Two
floating holidays and seven paid holidays per year Paid Time Off
for full time and part time employees based on the length of

servicesRequired Qualifications Bachelors or higher degree in
biology or chemistry. 2 years of medical clinical laboratory
experience required To include: 1 year of experience in a
progressively responsible role, such as lead and/or supervisor and
at least 1 year of workflow coordination experience.Creative
