Job Description:
This nursing role requires independent practice in a similar
clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient
care.
Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing
patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and
educating patients and families.
Core competencies involve critical thinking, effective
communication, patient flow management, unit operations, safety,
quality improvement, and compliance with regulations.
Technical skills encompass adherence to policies, health
information documentation, medical equipment use, order processing,
chart interpretation, and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of relevant
experience, BLS certification, RN licensure, and de-escalation
training within 90 days.
This is a per diem position promoting safe, evidence-based,
patient-centered care.
