We integrate functional and conventional approaches, utilizing advanced diagnostics, genomics, hormonal optimization, and lifestyle medicine. Our patients are high-net-worth individuals and executives who demand world-class care and an unmatched experience.About the RoleThis role blends hands-on clinical care with supervisory responsibilities, and includes:

• Extensive 6-9 month mentorship and training directly with Dr. Galvin in functional medicine, genomics, advanced diagnostics, hormonal optimization, and concierge-level care.
• Performing in-depth patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Managing advanced hormone therapy, weight optimization, and chronic disease reversal protocols.
• Acting as a clinical supervisor and mentor to our team of Certified Medical Assistants, Health Coaches, and Exercise Physiologists, ensuring consistency, quality, and clinical excellence across the board.
• Delivering white-glove service to our concierge and executive health patients, both in-person and remotely.
• Serving as a visible role model for a high-performance, wellness-oriented lifestyle.ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a practitioner who is:
