We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model.As a Speech Language Pathologist with us, you will be assisting children reach their full potential and be committed to evidence-based practices. We are looking for an energetic, growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist with pediatric experience that enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children and is creative in educating the childrens guardian/family.If you are a Speech Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are looking for a fun, collaborative work environment, then we want to hear from you!*Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatric) Requirements & Responsibilities:** 1 year of previous pediatric experience is preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered.* Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.* Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.* Pass a Background Check.* Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic.* Accurate documentation in EMR system.* Detailed and thorough communication with childs healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, and other forms of communication.* Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology and/or adaptive equipment as needed.* Acts as a supervisor for CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.*Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatric) Benefits & Schedule:** Create your own schedule.* Collaborative team approach of our therapy services with OTs, SLPs, PTs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health Clinicians.* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.* Life Insurance.* Support from Lead Therapist.* $800 Continuing Education Allowance.* 401k w/ company match.* Competitive Fee-For-Service Rate.* Paid State + National Dues.*Physical Demands*The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
