Start Date: ASAP Shift: 1st shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 30-minute
meal break Type: 9 weeks Contract (Not permanent) Schedule: All
days of the week (Sun–Sat) | No guaranteed hours Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in line with care
plans Administer medications and treatments Document and monitor
patient conditions Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure
quality care Requirements: Active LPN license (state-compliant) 1
year of LPN experience preferred Ability to work scheduled days
including weekends
