Epic experience required Description: Resource Pool RN for 13
weeks. Three 12-hour night shifts are available. Nurses must be
comfortable working in all PCU and MS units. Staffing reviews the
needs of the full facility every four hours. Resource Pool nurses
could be reassigned to another unit every four hours if needed.
Patient ratios are 5:1 for PCU and 6/7:1 for MS. Travelers must
work at least one holiday during their 13-week assignment. For
winter holidays, travelers are required to work two holidays.
Compliance documents are due the Wednesday prior to the start of
the assignment. Return travelers must be gone for a minimum of one
year before reapplying. Travelers are not eligible to return for
365 days after completing an assignment. Modules are non-billable
if completed within the first 24 hours of onboarding. The facility
allows five hours for orientation modules and two hours for Epic
training. Orientation lasts for 24 hours.
