Job Description Are/nyou looking for a Full time NP position
with great benefits? We/nare seeking Full time Nurse Practitioners
for a primary care opportunity at our/nOutpatient clinic in High
Point, NC. The schedule is/nMonday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and no
weekends. What/nWe Offer: - Competitive/nSalary (Ranges from
$110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and location)
with/nquarterly bonus based on quality metrics - 6/nweeks of PTO,
inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and
continuing/nmedical education (CME) - Tuition/nreimbursement -
$5,000/nCME Stipend - Provided/nHealth, Vision, Dental, Life
Insurance - 401K/ninvestment, up to 4% company match, vested
immediately - Provided/nMedical Malpractice Insurance -
Relocation/npackage on a case-by-case basis
Required/nQualifications: - National/ncertification in at least one
of the following specialties: Family Nurse/nPractitioner,
Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult
Nurse/nPractitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner -
Active,/nnon-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License -
1/nyear direct primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner -
Active/nDEA license Role/nSummary: - Provision/nof exceptional
primary care - Conduct/noffice visits for routine and acute issues,
and home visits as needed - Administer/nAnnual wellness visits and
health risk assessments - Care/ncoordination with other providers,
specialists, testing facilities, and/nagencies - Population/nhealth
leadership, in coordination with the Care Team - Assisting/nthe
care team with phone triage and outreach - Educating/npatients on
their health conditions, care plans, and treatments
