registered nurse skilled in step-down care to provide specialized
nursing support in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract

monitoring patients who require more intensive observation than
general medical-surgical units but do not need full ICU care. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional nursing care to step-down
patients recovering from cardiac, neurological, or respiratory
conditions. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient
status to detect changes or complications. Administer medications,
perform treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures as
prescribed. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
including physicians, therapists, and other nurses to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about
care plans, treatments, and disease management to support recovery.
Desired Experience: Current RN licensure. Proven experience in a
step-down or cardiac telemetry nursing role. Strong knowledge of
monitoring equipment, cardiac care, and patient assessment. Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring critical
thinking and quick decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and
