Pediatrician A Pediatrician is needed in Lumberton, NC. Titan
Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Lumberton,
a historic town in southeastern North Carolina with access to

lifestyle. This position is with a mission-driven, community-based
organization dedicated to providing comprehensive pediatric care to
underserved populations. Salary and Benefits: Base Salary range:
$200,000 $240,000 Based on Years of Experience Productivity Bonus
Structure Sign-On / Transition Bonus: $10,000 Extra Compensation
for Nights, Weekends, and Optional Call Health / Dental / Vision
Insurance: 100% Paid by Employer for Provider and Dependent(s) PTO:
Year 1 27.5 Days / Year 2 42.50 Days Retirement: 401(k) with 3%
Employer Match Eligible for Student Loan Repayment Up to $75,000
Life Insurance Covered by Employer: $300,000 Long-Term Disability /
Short-Term Disability Covered by Employer CME / Meetings / Seminars
Allowance: $3,000 Malpractice Insurance Covered Licensure, Dues,

Available Responsibilities: 32 hours Clinical / 8 hours Admin
Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) One Evening Until 6:00pm One Weekend
per Month in Emergency Clinic: Saturday & Sunday (9:00am 12:00pm)
Optional Participation in Paid After-Hours On-Call Rotation
Outpatient Pediatric Setting: Ages 3 Days 20 Years Old 25 patients
per Day on Average / Scheduled for 15 Minutes Each Full Support
Staff: Medical Director, 2 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and 2 Ancillary
Staff per Provider No Hospital Visits Required EMR: Athena
Requirements: Current and Active License in North Carolina MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics New Graduates
