Inpatient Rehabilitation – Virginia Start Date: December 15, 2025
Location: Salem, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend;
Patient ratio 5–7:1 Highlights: 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation
unit dedicated to functional recovery and patient independence
Supportive unit staffing with 2–4 techs per shift based on census
Meditech documentation system; standard equipment including Baxter
IV pumps, bladder scanners, and SCD devices Opportunity to float to
other Med/Surg departments to expand your clinical experience
Professional dress code: navy blue or white solid scrubs
Requirements: Active Virginia RN License Current BLS certification
Med/Surg or PCU experience required Rehab experience preferred
Competency in IV medication administration (including PICC and PEG
tube), trach care, tube feeding, Foley catheterization, bladder
