How you'll contribute The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. A Physical Therapist who excels in this role: - Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. - Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. - Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. - Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. - Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning. What we're looking for Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Additional requirements include: - Current PT license. - CPR certification. - Previous experience in rehab setting, preferred.
