Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical
Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State
License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May
Be Required from AHA or ARC Current Physical Therapy licensure in
state of WV Current CPR certification Must have a current driver's
license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
