: - Special Equipment : - Tier2 Travel Compliance Compliance
requires a FULL compliance file by 12 noon EST by the Wednesday
prior to start date. RTO: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO
after submission will not be accepted. Please ensure your traveler
does not have any time off planned that will prevent them from
completing pre-start compliance on time for the proposed start
date. Education Education Verification through a 3 rd party is
required. Facility will not accept any education from one of the
schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list.
Background Check Facility will not accept any open cases on the
background check. License in hand required with submission Local
Radius: 50 miles. No Locals accepted EPIC experience REQUIRED All
travelers are subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed.
P/F Testing: All RNs, regardless of specialty, are required to pass
an EKG exam during compliance. Please ensure your candidate is
prepared aware of this requirement prior to submission. The
candidate is allowed 2 attempts at a Pass/Fail requirement. Study
material is not provided so please plan accordingly. Modules:
Modules are non-billable, average 2-4 hours Modules are completed
during orientation, not included in NBO Module hours are unit
