setting, supporting patients who require close monitoring between
intensive care and general medical-surgical care. This contract

Location:Position is based in Princeton, WV, a charming city known

in southern West Virginia, Princeton offers a balance of small-town

amenities. Qualifications: - Current RN license in West Virginia or
compact nursing license - Minimum of 2 years recent experience in
Telemetry, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown nursing -
Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIH Stroke Scale - Proficiency
with Meditech Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - Ability to work
effectively within nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:5 to 1:6
- Residing within 100 miles of the facility Responsibilities: -
Monitor and care for stepdown patients, assessing changes in
condition and responding promptly - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care -
Accurately document patient information utilizing Meditech EMR -
Adhere to established protocols and maintain compliance with
hospital standards - Participate in bi-weekly orientation sessions
as part of onboarding Schedule: - 36/48-hour schedule per two-week
pay period - No block scheduling; start date aligned with candidate
availability - Patient ratios may vary based on census and staffing
