Job Description:
At MindPath Care Centers, a significant branch of Community
Psychiatry, we are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Hybrid Child and
Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist to join our team of compassionate
healthcare professionals. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive,
personalized mental health care through a combination of therapy
and medication management. This role will require a hybrid of
onsite and remote work capabilities, allowing flexibility and a
broader reach to patients requiring specialized psychiatric
interventions. The ideal candidate will lead in the development and
implementation of treatment plans, provide direct psychiatric
services, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our
service offerings. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
for children, adolescents, and adults. Develop and monitor tailored
treatment plans incorporating therapy and medication management.
Provide consultation and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
to optimize patient care. Participate in team meetings, offering
insights and updates on patient progress and treatment
effectiveness. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations. Adapt to a flexible
schedule that includes both remote and onsite patient
consultations. Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills with a focus
on psychiatric disorders. Expertise in psychopharmacology and
various therapeutic interventions suitable for children,
adolescents, and adults. Ability to engage patients and their
families effectively and compassionately. Proficient with
electronic health records and telepsychiatry platforms. Medical

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Valid state
medical license. DEA certification.
