Job Description North Carolina – Family Medicine – 100% Outpatient - No Call - $240,000 Base – Plus RVU Bonus – $400,000 Potential Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains Are you looking to maximize your income in a truly outpatient practice? How about a group with a compensation plan that has no cap on RVU compensation? You will be in the 75th percentile for day one. Practice • Employed practice. • Large referral network. • Hospitalists to cover all inpatient work. • 100% Outpatient. • Telephone Call only. • 4 Day work week. Financial • $240,000 base salary plus wRVU bonus. • $400,000 plus potential. • Excellent benefits package. • 457-B matched by employer. • 1 week and $6,500 CME. • 8 paid holidays. • 4 weeks paid time off.
