LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Salem, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Must have: - Med/Surg or PCU experience - BLS and VA License Procedures performed on unit: Med administration to include IV’s, PICC, PEG tube admin; Bladder scans, Trach care, Tube feeding, Foley cath, Bladder irrigation, Blood Administration Unit Specifics: - Number of Beds: 35 - Patient Ratios :5-7:1 - Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Techs per census, usually 2-4 - Type of equipment : Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCD’s, Bladder scanner - Documentation system: Meditech - Scheduling requirements: 12 hr shifts, every other weekend - Floating policy: may be floated to other Med Surg depts. - Patient Experience requirements: Rehab experience preferred About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
