Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical
operations, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring the
delivery of excellent care. This position requires a strong leader
with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and an active
NC license. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Supervisor, your
responsibilities will include: - Providing supervision and support
to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and
professional standards. - Overseeing case management and treatment
plans to ensure quality care for clients. - Conducting regular team
meetings to foster collaboration and address any challenges. -
Monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations as well as
organizational policies. - Offering mentorship and professional
development opportunities to team members. - Collaborating with
leadership to develop and implement strategies for continuous
improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications We’re looking for a
candidate who brings: - Active NC clinical licensure (required). -
5 years of experience in a clinical or supervisory role. - Strong
leadership and communication skills. - A commitment to maintaining
high standards of care and ethical practices. - The ability to work
